Teeth Straightening

We are delighted to be able to offer our patients Clear aligners, provided by Straumann ClearCorrect. ClearCorrect is a comfortable removable clear aligner, almost like a clear thin bite guard that moves your teeth into the ideal position over time. ClearCorrect aligners are an alternative to traditional metal braces.


Most people don’t even notice you are wearing them which is why they are sometimes called “invisible braces”. The best thing about them is that you can remove them to clean your teeth and eat.

Dental Treatments & Implants

Here at Pall Mall, our implant treatments are conducted by Mr Ralph Haskell, who has a keen interest and extensive practice within cosmetic dentistry. 

He recommends implant placement as a zero-damage, less invasive alternative to conventional destructive bridgework. It’s also a more permanent and aesthetically desirable solution than removable dentures. 

An excellent way to restore your smile to its full potential, a dental implant is a small titanium screw that is placed in the jaw to assist the bone, which then has a crown or bridge attached to it.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening is a fast, safe and effective way of enhancing your smile and achieving brighter teeth. We hear from a number of patients complaining of discoloured, stained or dull teeth. This change in colour is often due to aging, smoking, a particular diet, as well as various types of medication. Whatever your reason, we can help. 

We offer our clients tray-based whitening kits, so you can brighten your teeth from the comfort of your own home. The system is easily controlled to achieve the level of whiteness you desire, and there will be enough product to treat yourself with additional top-ups (without visiting the dentist!)

How Long Does It Last?

As the teeth whitening custom-made trays can be reused to top up your whitening when you choose, it’s now possible to maintain white teeth for life. 

You can begin your teeth whitening procedure by contacting our practice to book an appointment with the dentist. This is where you’ll receive a dental check-up to ensure you match the health criteria for the treatment. At this appointment, if you’re able to undergo teeth whitening, we will take your impressions to create your custom-made whitening tray. 
Whiten My Teeth

Who is This For?

Tooth whitening treatments are available to anyone over the age of 18, excluding those who are pregnant. Before undergoing teeth whitening, you must have a full dental check-up to ensure the teeth and gums are healthy. Please note that a teeth whitening will not change the colour of crowns, bridges, veneers, or fillings. If you’ve had restoration treatments such as these, you’ll need changing treatment from your dentist to colour match the shade of your new teeth. 
Patients with sensitive teeth should enquire with their dentist before booking a tooth whitening procedure, as some patients experience sensitivity on the teeth during treatment. This can be reduced effectively by using specialist toothpastes and whitening gels with desensitisers in them. 

Emergencies

Dental emergencies can be distressing, so the dentistry team here at Pall Mall aim to ensure all our patients are relaxed and cared for in a friendly, professional manner. We will do our best to resolve your problem as soon as possible. 

We have emergency spaces available from Monday to Friday, and so we’ll do our best to fit you into our schedule. We offer emergency services to all registered patients. 

However, if you are not yet registered, we will do our best to offer you an appointment regardless.
